Did you know, 1 in 6 seniors in America faces the threat of hunger and 1 in 4 lives alone in isolation? For the past 39 years, PVI Meals on Wheels has endeavored to reach every senior in need of nutritious meals and friendly visits that help them remain in their homes, where they want to be. With the senior population expected to double by 2050, we need your assistance with this effort. We are looking for volunteer help to deliver meals to our clients residing on the Peninsula and would like to start by spreading the word. Can you help?
I used to prepare meals on wheels, 15yrs or so ago. I could deliver a couple days of week. If you can use me for that. Then i will do so
