South San Francisco, CA September 11, 2017 Submitted by SSFPD
On Saturday, September 9th, 2017, at approximately 4:56 p.m., a strong-armed robbery occurred on the 2300 block of Gellert Boulevard, South San Francisco. One of the two male suspects approached a lone female walking on the sidewalk and forcibly grabbed a cellphone out of the victim’s hand. The victim did not sustain any injuries and chased the suspects to the area of Dublin Drive at Tipperary Avenue where she lost sight of the suspects.
The suspects were described as follows:
- Suspect #1: African-American male, between the ages of 17 and 21 years old, wearing a dark colored hat, white T-shirt, gray shorts and a pair of red
- Suspect #2: African-American male, between the ages of 17 and 21 years old, wearing a gray shirt and blue
