On Thursday, October 12, 2017, at approximately 4:00 p.m. a South San Francisco resident confronted three suspects who broke into his parked vehicle on the 200 block of B Street. When the victim attempted to stop the suspects from removing property from the vehicle, the victim was pushed from behind and fell to the ground. The victim sustained minor injuries from the assault. All three suspects had black ski masks and gloves. The suspects were last seen fleeing the scene with unknown boxes of cigarettes in two vehicles towards northbound El Camino Real.
Suspect #1 was described as an African American male wearing a black ski mask, gloves, gray hooded sweatshirt, and a pair of light blue jeans.
The victim described the other suspects as African American males wearing black ski masks and gloves.
