The students at Sunshine Gardens collected Box Tops from September to November 30th and brought in 7,019 Box Tops earning the school $701.90! We had a goal of $500 for the entire 2017/2018 school year and the kids went above and beyond it!
The students proved that every 10 cent Box Top truly adds up! We collect Box Tops all year round and if you have any that you would like to contribute there is a container in the school’s main office at 1200 Miller Ave and can be dropped off Monday to Friday between 7:45 to 3:45. There is also a collection box set up at the main library at 840 West Orange Avenue at the Children’s desk.
We would like to thank Safeway on Chestnut Ave, The Coop on Linden Ave, and Traders Joe’s on McLellan Drive for providing prize donations for our top earning classrooms! Also a special thank you to Royal Pin Donuts on El Camino who provided donuts for our Fall Harvest Festival!
If you are a local business and would like to donate prizes for a future Box Top contest it would be greatly appreciated! We can also provide a Box Top Collection Box if you would like to have it at your business for the community to drop them there.
