I don’t understand what SFO restriction “your neighbor” is talking about. Can anyone explain?
I can’t find any reason someone would oppose tearing down the rat infested theaters and putting up housing.

There are restrictions of land use surrounding any airport, including SFO, San Carlos and HMB airports in San Mateo County.

How are they going to get around the SFO restriction that prohibits housing above the decibel level set by 4 agencies is what I want to hear. It would open up the City to a lawsuit. Who in their right mind would want to do this? Answer: So City.
Please make certain there are apartments that low income people can afford!, I am so concerned about our wonderful city . We must make them affordable for people that do not get paid a decent wage for their jobs. The rants are so high that no one making even $20an hour can afford a decent home !
