The fair experience just got even easier for those who desire VIP treatment at the San Mateo County Fair.
This week the San Mateo County Fair announced the addition of a new ticket—the VIP Ticket. The VIP Ticket sells for just $75 and includes fair admission, reserved parking, entry through the express security lane plus express lane entry through the fair’s main gate. The VIP Ticket also includes early entry into Fiesta Hall for the evening’s free celebrity concert in the general admission (open-seating) section. The VIP Ticket is on sale now at sanmateocountyfair.com and only 300 of these tickets are available per day.
“For fair guests that want to spend less time on the parking and entry process, the VIP Ticket is the answer,” said Dana Stoehr, chief executive officer of the San Mateo Event Center and Fair. “Less time spent on parking and admission means more time to see the animals, ride the roller coaster and eat a funnel cake.”
“While our fair’s Gold Circle tickets provide for prime reserved seating at the nightly concerts, the VIP Ticket allows early entrance to one of the 1,500 free seats (non-reserved) available for the evening’s concert,” said Stoehr.
The San Mateo County Fair’s 2019 concert series features Morris Day & The Time (June 8); Air Supply (June 9); Queen Nation – A Tribute to the Music of Queen (June 10); and Petty & The Heartshakers – A Tom Petty Tribute Band (June 11); Sir Mix-A-Lot (June 12); Better Than Ezra (June 13); The Commodores (June 14); and 98° (June 15). Gold Circle tickets (reserved seats) for Air Supply and 98° are no longer available.
