Along with concerns, and fears, of this pandemic, we also are witnessing some of the best in our fellow neighbors. South City neighbor Carrie was touched at the outreach done by Zorba’s Pizza to help those on the front lines of this deadly disease. “Zorba‘s pizza of South San Francisco took call – in donations and delivered a multitude of pizzas to the ER departments on Saturday, March 28.” Carrie writes us.
The pizzas were a welcomed treat by Kaiser employees, who continue to tell us one of the best ways to support them, and what they are working to accomplish, is to STAY HOME.
San Bruno neighbor, Constantino Anezinos is the owner of Zorba’s Pizzas and has three locations: San Mateo, San Bruno and South San Francisco. Always there to help our communities, Constantino recently offered home delivery of basic food items, including eggs. When thanked he said, in his modest demeanor, “It’s my pleasure to help — we wouldn’t be in business without our community.”
We continue to exclaim, Support those who support our community, and we join in with Kaiser employees and say thank you to Constantino and his crew!
