On Friday afternoon at approximately 12:29pm, SSF Police and Fire personnel responded to the report of a vehicle collision involving a pedestrians on the 500 block of Commerical Avenue. Upon police arrival, a 30-year-old South San Francisco resident was in the process of being transported to a local trauma center for treatment ogf non-life threatening injuries.
Preliminary investigation reveals that the injured p[arty was in the street cleaning her vehicle when the collision occurred. The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene and cooperated with the investigation. Neither drugs nor alcohol are suspected of being a factor in the collision.
