Pop-up Vaccination Clinic Thurs April 1 and Friday April 2 in Daly City

If you have not received an e-mail/text regarding your second dose, please send an email to the following covidvax@smcgov.org (Direct e-mail to the vaccine department)

In the body of your email, please include;

First name and last name

Best number to reach you

Location of where you received your first vaccination

Type of vaccine

Get vaccinated Thursday and Friday at pop-up clinics in Daly City at the Pacelli Center, 145 Lake Merced Blvd. from 1 p.m. – 7 p.m. and be greeted with smiles from our volunteers in the “District 5 Vaccine Ambassador Program,” the ones in the yellow vests. Below is eligibility requirements.

Eligible Community Members Include:

50+, Workers in San Mateo County in Healthcare, Grocery/Restaurant, Agriculture, Childcare, Education, Transportation, Janitorial, and residents with severe health conditions including cancer, chronic kidney disease, heart conditions, and Type 2 Diabetes

*Residents ages 65+ and In-Home Supportive Services Workers will be given priority.

**Hi there, we got our 1st shot vaccines (Moderna) last March 12, 2021 and the staff said need to wait one month for our 2nd shot vaccines but we didn’t get any email or call from them when is going to be, but it should be this week (4/9/2021 to be one month) and we don’t have the location yet, is it at Pacelli Event center again could you please let us know and hopefully to hear anything from you. Thank you.

Me and my husband got our first vaccine last March 24 at Pacelli Event center. The nurse told us our second shots of vaccine will be in April 14, but no body send us and email regarding our second vaccine yet. Is it at the the same place where we got our first shots?
