Thank you to Charlene “Shane” Looper for 13 years of service to the Cultural Arts Commission!

The Parks and Recreation Department proudly recognizes Charlene “Shane” Looper for her 13 years of service to the Cultural Arts Commission. Shane has been an active and contributing member of the Cultural Arts Commission (CAC) as well as the Improving Public Places (IPP) group, volunteering hundreds of hours supporting City functions and events.
