Around noon on Wednesday October 27th the See’s Candies Factory on El Camino Real was the talk of the town as Everything South City photographer Roger Cain shared this video taken near his home.

‘If you’re anywhere near Sees Candies, that is powdered sugar that looks like smoke in the air, apparently they have blown a gasket on one of their pumps’ Roger wrote on our social media.
Many offered ‘sweet’ responses, however, this was Roger’s reply “I wish this had been before the rain, now my vehicles are covered in powdered sugar out front, as is my entire backyard and roof. This is the second time this has happened!”
It’s a good thing the new car wash opened on Spruce just in time!
