This year’s International ShakeOut Day is October 19, when millions of people worldwide will participate in earthquake drills at work, school, or home!
At 10:19 a.m. (local time) on 10/19, you can join millions of people across the world practicing earthquake safety.
While we encourage participation with everyone, you can register your ShakeOut drill for any day of the year, and drill at a time of your choice. You can also include people in multiple locations through video conferencing.
To confirm that your household or organization(s) is registered this year, check your profile at ShakeOut.org/login. Review our registration FAQ if you have questions about updating your organization’s contact, reseting your password, or registering multiple locations. Or just contact us for assistance!
Please also encourage others in your community to register their participation – check out our many messaging resources (for social media, email newsletters, news releases, and in many languages! You can also review your ShakeOut region’s “Who is Participating” page to see how registration totals by category and lists of registered participants.
