South San Francisco Public Library will serve free morning snack and lunch to children up to the age of 18. All meals are free and meet USDA nutrition guidelines. No documentation or enrollment is required for children and teens to receive a meal. (PLEASE NOTE FREE LUNCHES WILL ALSO BE SERVED AT LOS CERRITOS & MARTIN SCHOOLS – CLICK HERE FOR MORE INFO – ESC)
Program runs Monday-Friday, June 2-August 9 at the Grand Ave. Library
Morning snack served 10-10:30 a.m. Lunch served 12:30-1:30 p.m.
– Meals are provided only for children and teens 18 and under
– Children must take the entire meal, including milk
– Meals must be eaten on-site
– One meal per person
Summer Meals @ the Library is a pilot partnership between South San Francisco Public Library, YMCA of Silicon Valley and Revolution Foods, supported by California Summer Meal Coalition and California Library Association, to keep children healthy and engaged when school is out
There will be no meals served on Friday, July 4 due to the holiday.
