DESCRIPTION
Located on the edge between South San Francisco’s historic downtown and the newer biotech office buildings, this project acts as a gateway between these two unique neighborhoods. The 157 unit apartment units will provide quality housing in the Bay Area and contribute to a recent revitalization within the city of South San Francisco. Near a newly planned public plaza and CalTrain platform, residents will have easy access to public transportation. In addition to the close proximity to the public amenities available in the downtown area, the project also provides a community room, fitness room, roof deck and community garden with a variety of outdoor seating areas for the residents to enjoy.
