ManCave raises money Gomez and Picazo families

ManCave Memorabilia has been holding fundraisers to help the families of Arnulfo Gomez and Usbaldo Picazo, the two San Bruno residents that were killed in a tragic auto accident on July 12, 2012 at El Camino Real and Sneath Lane. Both men were personal friends of ManCave’s President, Tony Rohatch, and avid Giants and 49er fans, as well as fathers and husbands.  The first fundraising effort brought in close to $16,000 with ManCave generosously rounding out the figure to gift each family a full $8,000.

“I would personally like to send a big ‘THANK YOU’ to everyone who supported our raffle- fundraiser for the Gomez & Picazo family fund. I am overwhelmed by the effort and generosity of so many people from all over the bay area and country as well.” Rohatch said as the winning four tickets were pulled for the raffle drawing, “Although this was a sad and tragic event and it still hurts us all; it is truly amazing how so many people pulled together and raised a tremendous deal of money for both, Arnulfo and Usbaldo’s families.”

The winners of this raffle included Steve Evans; Matt Cain Autographed & Framed Giants Jersey, Margie Mott; Buster Posey Autographed Baseball in Custom Shadowbox, ‘Brennan’; John Madden Autographed Wilson Football and Jamal Katout winning the Frank Gore Autographed and framed Jersey. Tickets sold for $10 each.

ManCave Memorablilia will also be holding a charity auction at each of their Monday Night Football events to be held at the San Mateo County Event Center.
