Strong Arm Robbery, Conspiracy on 500 Block of Grand Avenue
On Monday, January 6, 2014 at about 12:16 PM, a 55-year old South San Francisco woman was robbed by two males. The suspects are still outstanding.
The victim (name withheld at her request), said two young Hispanic males approached her on the 500 block of Grand Avenue. One of them grabbed the victim’s purse, which was slung on her left shoulder. The suspects immediately fled the scene. A witness apprehended one of the suspects, who returned the victim’s purse to her, but not the wallet. The suspects then fled on foot, and took an undisclosed amount of cash and the woman’s California Driver’s License. The suspects were described as follows:
- Suspect 1: Hispanic male, early 20’s, dark hair, medium complexion, 5′-5’2″ tall, slender, last seen wearing a grey sweatshirt and black pants .
- Suspect 2: Hispanic male, early 20’s, dark hair, medium complexion, clean-shaven, 5’6″ to 5’8″ tall, slender, wearing a black hoodie and blue pants .
