Recently a group of South City seniors, along with Senator Jerry Hill, crafted Valentine Day cards for our troops overseas. ‘The seniors’ valentines were sent to about 200 members of the 129th Rescue Wing, who were deployed to the Middle East and the Horn of Africa.’ Senator Jerry Hill’s office reported. It was very exciting to see the twitter response from the California Air National Guard’s 129th Rescue Wing as seen below.
