On Friday December 17, 2021 the Local 39 Engineers across Northern Calif. shutdown their strike lines. The Local 39 Union made an unconditional offer to return to work without a new contract, after being on strike for 90 days. Kaiser Permanente accepted the offer and the Engineers will return to work on today, and the Union will continue to work with Kaiser for an acceptable contract.
