South San Francisco youth celebrate diversity at the 20th live presentation of the Cultural Arts Commission’s Youth Art Show. Enjoy this free exhibit highlighting the artistry of SSF Unified School District students and the SSF Parks and Recreation Department Childcare Division participants. The show opens on Friday, April 29, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. and continues Saturday, April 30, from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It takes place at the SSF Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo Drive. This first live art gallery event of the year is open to the public. Admission is free. Visitors will enjoy remarkable artworks in a variety of media. The SSF Library’s Poet-in-Residence honoree will be announced at the Friday opening. Selected art will be displayed in a free virtual exhibit in May.
