May is Mental Health Awareness Month. Did you know that nearly 1 in 5 individuals in the U.S. lives with a mental illness? One way to help educate yourself is to participate in a FREE Mental Health First Aid Training (MHFA)! This evidence-based training
Join us on Monday, May 22, or Wednesday, May 24th, for an MHFA training geared towards teaching you how to identify, understand, and respond to signs of mental health and substance use challenges among youth and adults. Lunch will be provided, and participants will be given a $25 gift card upon completion. Additional information and registration information are below:
